Juliana Konrad (she/her) is a multimedia journalist based in Vancouver, B.C., interested in reporting on the environment, climate change and climate justice, global affairs, social justice, and in Indigenous communities. She especially enjoys long-form reporting, like podcasts, documentaries, and features, where she can dive deep into complex stories and provide the important historical context that daily journalism often lacks.
Juliana has previously worked for CBC’s national current affairs radio program, The Current, and has reported on climate change and the environment for CBC and the Globe and Mail. She holds a Master of Journalism from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor in Media and the Public Interest from Western University. When she isn’t working, you can find Juliana at the beach, camping, or reading a book outside.
