Ronald N. Stern

Founder and President of Stern Partners

Mr. Stern is the founder and President of Stern Partners, which is the lead investor in a diverse range of operating companies. These companies are currently engaged in business activities in a variety of industries, including apparel manufacturing and retailing, equipment distribution and servicing, hydrovac environmental services, commercial printing, home furnishings retailing, horticultural products manufacturing and distribution, newspaper publishing, paper manufacturing, and real estate. Prior to founding Stern Partners, Mr. Stern practiced law for approximately 15 years as a partner of a leading Canadian law firm, with an emphasis on corporate and commercial law and various social interest matters.

Mr. Stern has served, on a variety of corporate and community boards, including the Vancouver Airport Authority, the Vancouver East Cultural Centre, the Vancouver General Hospital Foundation, the Vancouver Symphony Society and Science World British Columbia.
