Sam Eifling is an American journalist and producer across a range of news media. His longform writing has been supported by the Fund for Investigative Journalism and has earned awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, including its highest, the Sigma Delta Chi. As a news producer on Netflix’s Emmy- and Peabody-winning Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj, he specialized in international news and stories of systemic exploitation. A past fellow in UBC’s Global Reporting Program, he has focused his recent investigative work on police abuses, the Jersey Offshore tax haven leak, and corruption in the oil industry.
