Secretary at a non-profit dedicated to building newsrooms that work towards maintaining an informed public via collaboration with international journalists and other organizations with the shared goals. From 1994 to 2003, Susan ran the Knight International Press Fellowship Program (now the Knight International Journalism Fellowships) at the International Center for Journalists (ICJ).
